B2B SOURCING FAQ
Clear answers for a more confident brief.
Answers for buyers sourcing private-label incense, ritual objects and wellness gift sets from Shenzhen.
01
Getting started
What information should I send when requesting a quotation?
Please share your target market, product type, estimated quantity, packaging direction, target delivery date and any existing artwork or product references. This lets us discuss a practical starting route rather than sending a generic price list.
Do you work with new brands as well as established buyers?
We support B2B buyers at different stages. For a newer brand, a clear brief and realistic quantity plan are especially useful. For established buyers, we can discuss repeat-order consistency, packaging control and broader collection development.
Can I request a catalog before deciding on a product direction?
Yes. Tell us your retail channel and the kind of collection you are developing. We can direct you toward relevant incense, ritual object and wellness gift-set options.
02
Customisation and samples
What can be customised?
Depending on the project, customisation may include product selection, pack count, branded labels, printed cartons, inserts, gift-set combinations and selected accessory components. The available route depends on quantity, materials and production feasibility.
How does sample approval work?
Samples are most useful when product, packaging and set assembly are reviewed together. Buyers should confirm the product version, dimensions, artwork revision, component list and packaging details in writing before bulk production begins.
Can I use my own packaging artwork?
Yes, provided the artwork is supplied in the required production format and is checked against the approved dieline, product dimensions and any necessary consumer-information area. Final artwork approval should happen before printing.
03
Quality and shipment
What quality checks can be planned for an order?
The exact plan is agreed around the product. Typical checks include component count, visible finish, product-to-holder fit, artwork version, packaging closure, carton marking and packing quantity. In-process checks and shipment inspection can be planned around the approved specification.
How are fragile products prepared for shipment?
For ceramics, mixed gift sets and other breakable components, the packing route should be reviewed at sample stage. Inserts, separation, carton configuration and movement control are checked before bulk packing rather than treated as an afterthought.
Can you help with export preparation?
We can discuss product packing, carton marking and the information needed for freight handoff. Buyers and importers remain responsible for confirming destination-market requirements, product claims and their final compliance obligations.
